What are some easier ways to let go? Or Divine forgiveness?
First, perhaps it's time to actually 'let go' of the phrase or saying, "letting go" b/c there are so many mixed emotions embedded into the phrase. You are really asking is there an easier way to release old emotional energy of memories that's still running in your bodies? Yes? If so, the answer is 'yes'. At this time, there is a great deal of new elemental subliminal oscillations for lack of a better term which is helping to unwind patterns in your nervous system, and particularly from the area of the brainstem (heaven’s gate) and into the limbic brain, cerebellum and areas of the forebrain. To utilize these new oscillations, sit or lie down comfortably, get into a relaxed and open state - many of you have done this. It's breathing deeply several times, relaxing the toes, all the way up to the head and arms and fingers. Go through the major body areas starting at the toes until you feel relaxed and open. Remember, healing takes place when you feel relaxed. Next, focus on your heaven’s gate, the opening at the back of your head at the top of the spine. Call forth the healing elixirs and primordial waters available to you to come through. Feel these loving currents coming in gentle and peaceful waves.
Some of it may feel like warm honey, others like gentle fizzes. They may be of different soft pastel colors or gentle sounds. Let them enter your heaven’s gate and direct it up your brainstem and through all areas of your brain. Ask for these waves to heal memories and thought patterns that are running in your limbic system and other areas of the brain. Keep feeling these waves and direct it down the brainstem into your muscular system to heal muscle memories. Continue by directing these waves and oscillations to the rest of your body and body systems. You can name your body systems as you repeat this. Ask that the excess energy drop through your perineum into the earth along with any old gunk you just cleared. Try this every day for a month 5-10 mins at bedtime and see how you feel after the month.
