Terms of Service | MOONOROS.ONE  |  REVEALING THE JEWELS OF AUTISM

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Welcome to MoonOros. One and Revealing the Jewels of Autism. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain the conditions for using websites operated by MoonOrosOne, LLC (“MoonOrosOne,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), buying merchandise or digital offerings from us, and booking our personal services. Please read them before making a purchase or booking.

1. Scope, Seller and Agreement

These Terms apply to www.moonoros.one and to any MoonOrosOne-branded online storefront, checkout or booking service that identifies MoonOrosOne, LLC as the seller or service provider, including purchases made directly through Revealing the Jewels of Autism. A third-party marketplace, shop, membership platform or payment provider may have additional terms; if another business is identified as the seller, that business’s terms govern its sale.

By placing an order, purchasing digital content or confirming a booking after being presented with these Terms, you agree to the applicable Terms and the item- or service-specific information shown before payment. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or book on your own behalf, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the transaction on your behalf, subject to applicable law.

2. Apparel and Other Merchandise

We offer apparel and other physical merchandise, which may include T-shirts, hoodies, hats, drinkware, phone cases and other items. Many products are printed or manufactured on demand after an order is placed, using independent production and fulfillment partners.

Product photos, colors, dimensions, print placement, finishes and mockups are illustrative. Slight differences can result from screen settings, materials or printing processes. Please review item descriptions, sizing charts, care instructions and delivery information before ordering. Availability and product offerings may change. If a listing contains an obvious error or an item cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel the affected item and refund amounts paid for it.

3. Orders, Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise specified at checkout, prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be shown before the purchase is completed to the extent required by law. We may change prices for future orders without changing the price of an already accepted order.

We accept the payment options displayed at the relevant checkout; availability may vary by platform or region. Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean every item has been accepted for fulfillment. We will notify you if an accepted order cannot be completed and provide an applicable refund.

4. Production, Shipping and International Delivery

Production and estimated shipping or delivery timeframes will be communicated on the product page or at checkout when available. We will have a reasonable basis for the shipment timeframe we represent. If an order cannot ship within the promised period, or within 30 days of a properly completed order when no shipment period was stated, we will give the delay information, choice to consent to any permitted delay, and cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Some products may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages. After shipment, carrier handling, weather or customs processing may affect delivery timing, but these circumstances do not remove rights customers have under applicable law. We ship only to destinations available for selection at checkout.

For international orders, applicable shipping charges, taxes and any estimated import fees will be disclosed when available. Unless checkout clearly states that import duties and taxes are prepaid, local customs authorities may assess additional charges payable by the recipient. Mandatory rights applicable in the customer’s location are not waived by this provision.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Order Problems

5.1 Made-to-order purchases

Because many items are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or a preferred color that differs from the product image within normal production variation. This policy should be reviewed before checkout. It does not limit any rights provided by law for defective, damaged, materially misprinted, incorrect or undelivered goods.

5.2 Damaged, incorrect or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted or materially different from the item ordered, email info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com with your order number, an explanation and photographs when possible. Please contact us promptly, preferably within 30 days of receiving the item, so we can review the problem with our fulfillment partner. That requested reporting period does not shorten non-waivable consumer rights. When warranted, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. We generally will not require the return of a verified defective print-on-demand item unless reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

5.3 Missing or undelivered packages

If a package has not arrived, contact us at info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com, preferably within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows “delivered,” please first check your shipping details, safe-drop locations and any carrier notice. We will review shipment and tracking information and work toward an appropriate resolution. Customers should notify us immediately of shipping-address errors; updates may no longer be possible after production or shipment begins.

For all order concerns, please contact MoonOrosOne directly rather than filing an account-holder claim with our print-on-demand production vendor.

6. Personal Spiritual and Energetic Consultations

6.1 Nature and limitations of services

We may offer personal sessions described as spiritual consultation, multidimensional energetic support, reflection, or related spiritually oriented services, typically through Zoom and, where arranged, by telephone. These services express a spiritual perspective and are intended for personal exploration and conversation. They are not medical treatment, psychological therapy, diagnosis, licensed healthcare, legal or financial advice, or crisis services. We do not guarantee particular physical, emotional, spiritual or other outcomes. Clients should seek appropriately qualified professionals for healthcare, mental-health and other regulated needs. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6.2 Scheduling, cancellations and packages

A session’s price, expected duration, availability and any conditions for a prepaid package are as presented in the booking information and confirmation. Bookings are subject to acceptance and available scheduling. To cancel or request rescheduling, please email info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will respond with the available rescheduling and refund options. Any cancellation charge, forfeiture rule, or prepaid-package expiration applies only if it was clearly disclosed and agreed to before purchase and is lawful; these Terms do not create an undisclosed penalty or package expiration.

If we cancel a prepaid appointment or cannot provide a purchased session, you may choose an available replacement date or a refund for the unused session. For prepaid multi-session packages, unused sessions and any applicable expiration or refund conditions will be governed by the specific package terms disclosed at purchase and mandatory law.

6.3 Zoom recordings and client copies

As a general practice, our Zoom consultation sessions are recorded, usually capturing audio and video, and a digital recording is provided to the client after the session for private, personal reference. Delivery is typically through a private electronic link or downloadable file. We will give notice that a session is to be recorded and obtain the consent of all participants required by applicable law before starting the recording. Agreeing to these Terms or booking a session does not, by itself, replace any separate consent required for recording. We do not knowingly record a private session if legally required consent has not been obtained.

If you do not want your session recorded, please contact us before the appointment so we can accommodate your desires. Recordings may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable because of technical failures; if that occurs, please contact us so we can discuss a reasonable remedy.

Recordings are provided for the participating client’s private use and are not intended for public redistribution, commercial use, or posting online without the separate permission of everyone identifiable in the recording. We do not use private consultation recordings for marketing or public distribution without additional express authorization. Recording files and related personal information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and may be processed by the videoconferencing or file-delivery services used to provide the session.

6.4 Participation and privacy

Please join from a suitable private location and use your own discretion about information you choose to share. We take reasonable care in handling private session information, but we cannot promise absolute confidentiality or uninterrupted security on third-party communications platforms. We may stop a session for abusive conduct or a serious safety concern, while respecting applicable refund and consumer rights.

7. Digital Offerings and Downloads

We may provide free or paid audio meditations, recordings, video presentations, downloadable artwork, webinars, classes and related digital materials. The offer description will identify how content is accessed and, when relevant, the duration of access. Unless a broader written license is expressly provided, paid digital content is licensed to the purchaser only for personal, noncommercial use. It may not be resold, publicly posted, redistributed, copied for others, or used in merchandise without written authorization.

If paid digital content cannot be accessed, is defective or is materially not as described, contact info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Any restrictions on discretionary digital refunds must be displayed before purchase and do not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law. Separate terms stated for live classes or events also apply where disclosed before purchase.

8. Third-Party Memberships and Recurring Plans

Memberships, donations, subscriptions or purchases completed through a third-party platform, such as Patreon, may be governed by that provider’s checkout, renewal, cancellation and refund policies. If MoonOrosOne offers any automatically renewing paid plan directly, we will disclose the renewal price, frequency and cancellation method before enrollment and provide required consent, notices and cancellation options under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Sharing

Unless otherwise identified, the original artwork, designs, text, branding, videos and other materials created by or for MoonOrosOne, LLC are owned by us or used with appropriate authorization. Third-party photographs, trademarks, content, software and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a physical item transfers ownership of that item, not copyright or other intellectual-property rights in its design.

In keeping with the sharing permission stated on our website, visitors may share unaltered MoonOrosOne-created images in full and Company blog or written pieces in their entirety for personal, noncommercial purposes, with clear attribution to MoonOros. One or Revealing the Jewels of Autism, unless a particular page says otherwise. This limited permission does not extend to paid digital materials, private session recordings, third-party materials, or commercial reproduction. You may not remove attribution, modify images for redistribution, manufacture or sell products using our artwork, or otherwise commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to misuse our websites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or use website content in ways that violate law or third-party rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful activity or serious misuse, subject to applicable customer rights.

11. Privacy and External Services

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.moonoros.one/privacy-policy. Store transactions, payments, product fulfillment, online bookings and digital recordings may involve service providers who process information needed to complete the relevant service. Links to outside websites or platforms are provided for convenience and may be governed by their separate policies.

12. Disclaimers, Liability and Consumer Rights

Website content and spiritual or energetic offerings are provided for personal information and exploration, without any guarantee of a particular result. We seek to describe our merchandise and services accurately and to meet applicable consumer-protection obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MoonOrosOne, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or a purchase or booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces legally protected remedies for defective goods, nonperformance or other violations of consumer law.

13. International Access and Mandatory Rights

Our websites may be accessible from outside the United States, but not every product or service is offered in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether any purchase or participation is lawful where you are located. These Terms do not waive any mandatory consumer protections or privacy rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

14. California Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory laws applicable to a consumer require otherwise. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of non-waivable rights or remedies.

15. Changes to Terms and Severability

We may revise these Terms and will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes generally apply to future orders, bookings and uses of the website; they do not retroactively change terms of completed or confirmed transactions without any consent or notice required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
