Privacy Policy | MoonOrosOne, LLC • MoonOros. One • Revealing the Jewels of Autism
Last updated: October 11, 2026
MoonOrosOne, LLC (also referred to as “MoonOrosOne,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect and use when you visit www.moonoros.one or www.revealingthejewelsofautism.com, communicate with us, subscribe to updates, buy artwork or merchandise, use digital offerings, make a contribution, or book a service. These two websites are operated under the same business, MoonOrosOne, LLC. This policy applies to both sites, unless a particular service provides an additional notice.
Some features involve independent platforms (such as payment processors, Zoom, Patreon, social networks, or linked websites). Those providers may also handle information under their own privacy notices.
1. Who is responsible for your information
MoonOrosOne, LLC is the business responsible for the activities covered by this notice. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com or by mail to MoonOrosOne, LLC, 316 Mid Valley Center (#163), Carmel, CA 93923, USA.
2. Personal information we collect
The information we process depends on how you interact with our websites and services. It may include:
-
Contact, membership and communications information: name, email, telephone number, mailing address, account or subscriber details, correspondence, inquiries, comments, feedback, reviews, and communication preferences.
-
Purchase and fulfillment information: items ordered (including fine art, apparel, accessories, home merchandise and digital materials), billing and shipping addresses, transaction identifiers, order history, returns and customer-support requests.
-
Booking and consultation information: appointment selections, information you supply in booking forms or messages, information you voluntarily discuss during sessions, and audio/video recordings of Zoom consultations as described in Section 6.
-
Payment-related information: payment status, amounts, method, and related transaction details made available to us by processors; card and banking credentials are ordinarily handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us.
-
Technical and usage information: IP address, device and browser characteristics, cookie identifiers, site interactions, approximate location inferred from IP address, and analytics data collected through our sites and service providers.
-
Website account information: if you choose to create an account or membership on a site, Wix and associated website services may process information needed to manage that account, such as your name, email address and account preferences. We do not ask you to send passwords by email.
-
Optional submissions: materials you choose to share, including images, testimonials or details of your personal or family circumstances. Please provide only information relevant to the interaction.
We generally obtain information directly from you, automatically through website technologies, or from service providers that help administer website accounts, transactions, tax calculations, bookings, communications or site analytics.
3. Why we use personal information
-
Operate both websites, support website accounts and memberships where offered, maintain subscriptions, comments and digital content, and provide customer support.
-
Accept and administer orders, payments, made-to-order production, packaging, shipping, digital delivery, refunds and disputes; calculate and document applicable sales taxes using Avalara where enabled.
-
Arrange, conduct and follow up on spiritual or energetic consultations, including recording and providing session copies as explained below.
-
Communicate about bookings, orders, transactions, service changes, events, and important operational notices.
-
Send newsletters or promotional updates according to your choices and applicable consent requirements.
-
Understand site performance, improve offerings, keep systems secure, prevent fraud, and comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.
4. When we disclose information
We do not sell customer contact lists for money. We do, however, provide information to organizations when needed to operate our websites, fulfill purchases or deliver services. Depending on which website and service you use, these may include:
-
Website and communication services: Wix and other providers supporting hosting, online stores, booking, email, subscriptions, forms, digital delivery and data storage.
-
Payment providers: PayPal and the payment or wallet services made available at checkout, which may include Apple Pay, Google Pay and major card-processing providers.
-
Manufacturers and delivery services: print-on-demand production partners, order fulfillment services and carriers that receive the name, address and order information needed to make and deliver physical products; these may operate in the United States, European Union or other fulfillment locations.
-
Consultation services: Zoom and providers used to store or securely deliver session recordings or to coordinate appointments.
-
Analytics and site tools: Google Analytics on our Wix website, Wix analytics and other tools that are enabled to measure website use and performance, subject to applicable cookie and privacy requirements.
-
Tax calculation and compliance: Avalara, the automated sales-tax service connected to Wix, may receive relevant order, product, transaction and customer location information as needed to determine applicable state or local sales taxes and support associated tax compliance processes.
-
Legal and business needs: professional advisers, authorities, or another party when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful reorganization of our business.
We do not publish private consultation recordings, identifiable consultation details or submitted testimonials for advertising without additional permission. In some jurisdictions, disclosures through certain analytics or advertising technologies may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even without payment. Your applicable choices are explained in Sections 7 and 11.
5. Payments and payment security
Payments may be handled by independent payment providers or payment tools integrated with Wix. We generally receive transaction confirmations and limited information needed to process orders and maintain records, rather than your full payment-card number. Payment providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. Please do not send complete payment-card details by ordinary email.
6. Personal consultations and Zoom recordings
Our personal spiritual or energetic consultations may involve private conversations about life experiences, relationships, family circumstances, wellness or beliefs. You decide what to share. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care, and communications are not necessarily protected by the confidentiality rules that apply to licensed healthcare providers.
As a general practice, we record Zoom consultation sessions (usually audio and video) and provide a digital recording to the client for private reference. We inform participants before recording and obtain the consent required by applicable law before recording begins. Clients who prefer not to be recorded should inform us before their scheduled appointment.
The resulting recording may be created, transferred or stored through Zoom and file-delivery or cloud-storage services used for the session. Access may be available to authorized personnel and relevant service providers as needed to administer the service. We do not make private session recordings public or use them in marketing without separate express permission. A recipient of a delivered recording is responsible for protecting their own copy; we cannot control independent copies retained or redistributed by recipients. Contact us if you need assistance accessing a recording or wish to inquire about retention or deletion.
We ask that you avoid sending detailed medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive records unless we have discussed a necessary and appropriate way to handle them. Where special protections or additional consent are required by law for sensitive information, we will follow those requirements.
7. Cookies, analytics and tracking choices
Both websites use Wix technology, including essential cookies that support core functions such as security, account access and checkout. We use Google Analytics on our Wix website to understand visits, page use and site performance. Google Analytics may process device and browser details, usage events, cookie or other identifiers and IP-derived location information. Other enabled Wix applications, embedded content and third-party services may also set cookies or use comparable technologies.
Where required, nonessential analytics cookies are subject to visitor consent. You may manage cookies through your browser and any cookie-preference controls available on the applicable site. Wix explains that Google Analytics tracking through its integration is linked to visitors’ relevant cookie-consent choices. You can also explore Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals may not be treated consistently by all services. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we will honor that requirement. Contact us to request help with privacy choices or report an opt-out problem.
8. Newsletters and communications
We may send purchase confirmations, booking notices, customer-support responses and other messages related to a transaction or service. We may also send news, invitations, new artwork or merchandise announcements and other promotional information when permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop essential transactional or service notices.
9. International processing and applicable lawful bases
MoonOrosOne, LLC is based in California. Information may be processed by us or providers in the United States, European Union and other locations, depending on the service. Those places may have different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, we will use an available legally recognized transfer mechanism and provide further information on request.
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, our reasons for processing generally include: performing a contract or taking steps you request (orders, downloads, bookings); complying with legal obligations (such as tax records); legitimate interests (providing support, security, fraud prevention and service improvements where not overridden by your rights); and consent when required (such as certain marketing, optional cookies or particular sensitive-data uses). You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent, without affecting processing already lawfully carried out.
10. Data retention and protection
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the activity for which it was obtained and for accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution, legal or other legitimate requirements. For example, purchase and financial records may be kept longer than routine inquiries, while booking correspondence, session recordings and related service materials are evaluated according to service needs, the client relationship, storage arrangements, and lawful deletion requests. Generally, client recorded sessions are not archived and deleted to maintain space on our Zoom account servers. Different platforms may apply their own retention settings and backup periods.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information and services involved, but no online transmission, third-party platform or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use care when sending sensitive information and keep any session-recording link or file private.
11. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may have rights to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to object to or restrict some uses; to data portability; and to opt out of certain data sales, sharing or targeted advertising. Certain requests may be subject to lawful exceptions, verification and retention obligations. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To make a request, email info@revealingthejewelsofautism.com or write to the mailing address in Section 15. Please describe the right you wish to exercise and the email address or other details needed to locate your records. We may verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will respond within legally required timeframes where such requirements apply.
If we are legally required to provide a separate “Do Not Sell or Share” or “Your Privacy Choices” method, that method will also be made available on the relevant website. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time. If EU or UK data-protection law applies, you may also have the right to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority.
12. Children and family-related information
The websites are primarily intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16 for independent transactions or subscriptions. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 16 without authorization or consent where required by law. Parents, guardians or adult clients may choose to provide family-related information as part of a request or consultation; we ask that they share only what is appropriate and necessary. If you believe a child has submitted personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review and take suitable action.
13. Third-party links, memberships and content
Both websites may link to external content and services, such as YouTube, Patreon, social media, podcast providers, or third-party checkout and donation pages. Their privacy practices and any accounts you open with them are governed by their own policies, not this notice. Our policy applies to the two MoonOrosOne-operated websites and related business interactions described at the beginning of this document.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on both websites with a new update date and provide any further notice required by law. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
