Cancellation Policy

Unexpected things happen that we can't control. If this happens and you have a scheduled 1:1 private session, please reschedule as soon as possible with no penalties. If you wish to cancel, you can do so up to 12 hours before your scheduled time for a 95% refund (to account for transaction fees). If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, then you will receive a 50% refund.
